Yes, the environment is changing, and yes we can do something about it. What's in our hearts manifests. Remember that Pittsburgh used to never get tornados.

Forwarded below is re what i believe can be appropriate biotech - culturing protein and other nutrients via fermentation to adapt to the collapsing ecosystem. Winston Churchill anticipated this by commenting on the waste of growing animal parts that are only discarded, predicted that "within 50 years" humanity would be doing this.
