This is the kind of thing DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is heading towards with "Robot City" in Hazelwood a half-mile away from me. Science is pure; it's application must be guided by the highest ideals and the most optimistic imagination. EATR is not appropiate technology. We can do better than this.
